Welcome!
I'm a high paced author assistant to EIGHT New York Times and USA Today bestselling authors! I absolutely LOVE my job and LOVE the authors I work with!
I began this journey back in 2018 when I first met the incredible Lori Wilde. I was attending RWA in Denver as a reader when Lori asked if I had ever thought about being an author assistant, to which I'm sure I stared at her in pure confusion...LOL. You see, I'm a military veteran (go Air Force!) who has worked with the government for 20+ years! An author assistant you say? After returning home to Tennessee, and curiosity now peaked, I began researching what being an author assistant entailed. Needless to say, I was intrigued! I spoke with Lori and we agreed we would give this partnership a shot - she saw something in me that I didn't know was there and that, my friends, means the world!
Well, here we are four years later and I now work with EIGHT of the top authors in their genres! These women have become family and truly are genuine and kindhearted humans. They are brilliant entertainers, creative story tellers, and madly adore their fans! I also gained a connection with so many fantastic readers worldwide and let me tell you, the book community is so special and a tight knit one at that! Many of us may not have ever met in person, but I assure you, we are always there for each other. It's been a wonderful ride so far and I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible!
